BIG PERPETUAL CHRISTMAS TREE
This is not a pattern for a certain size of tree, but rather an instruction how to make the tree to the size you want it, or you have yarn to make it.
You can use any yarn you fancy, in any size; theoretically even as small as Laceweight, but I suggest either an Aran weight or more.
Either in Christmas colours, or any colour with a gold or silver thread or pailettes in it; or hold several yarns together, where one or more of them are Lurex threads or another kind of glitter.
A fringy yarn, or a fluffy Mohair, looks nice - but it can be made of any yarns, and then decorated as you would do with a natural Christmas tree.
It also can be a stash buster project, using up all yarn and adjusting the height of the base cone (if you choose polystyrene of self-made with cardboard).
Made in wool, or cotton, it will be very heavy - but Acrylic will do nicely as well.
NO candles please, not even near to it!!
