I used for work:
Yarn (consumption depends on your crochet density)

• Super bulky/Super chunky velvet yarn YarnArt Dolce (100% micropolyester, 100g/120m): gray 760 (2 skeins); white 741 (1 skein);
• Sport weight/4 ply yarn Yarnart Jeans (50g/160m, cotton 55%, acrylic 45%): peach 73 - ears, legs (1/3 a skein); dark pink - nose (a little).

Hook. I use 3.5 mm for YarnArt Dolce and 1.6 mm for YarnArt Jeans.
Polyester toy filling. I used about 200 g of fiberfill.
Eyes. Safety eyes size 20 mm.
Scissors, strong thread for tightening, long needle, needle for velvet yarn, stitch markers
