Big Red was born of necessity. I desired a headband, which was a trifecta of awesomeness: a headband, which stays in place, is breathable yet functional, and wearable in any season.

This is a flexible and simple headband pattern, knit on either circular needles or four double pointed needles. Any worsted weight yarn will work but for this exact headband, I used Aero US7 (Metric 4.5) DPN with Red Heart Ltd. Super Saver yarn in red. This pattern will stretch.
