I originally made this big strawberry to sit as a decoration on my bed in my dorm at college, as a kind of link between my boyfriend and I (inside joke). However, it hasn’t even made it to college yet because I entered it in a few local fairs and it won first prize!
If only real strawberries grew that big…

The colors I used were cherry red, spring green, and mustard.
This design uses about half a skein of red and green and very little yellow. It would be super cute worked in a baby pink, sort of like Hello Kitty style.
