The Big Time Twist Jumper is worked in aran weight yarn on 5mm and 6mm needles, giving the jumper the perfect amount of squish. The cabled effect is achieved using twist stitches, so no cable needles necessary!

The body of the jumper is knit from the bottom up in the round, and then divided and worked flat for the armholes. The sleeves are knit top down by picking up stitches around the armholes.

The 2x2 rib makes the fabric very stretchy, so the fit of the jumper is completely customisable to what you prefer. This is an intermediate pattern.

Materials

5mm circular needles with cable length fit your body circumference
6mm circular needles with cable length fit your body circumference
5mm 40cm circular needles for cuffs if not using magic loop technique
6mm 40cm circular needles for cuffs if not using magic loop technique
4 stitch markers
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
Stitch holder, or longer scrap pieces of yarn

Sizing: 46–166cm finished chest measurement
