Billa Lace
Billa Lace is a top down crescent shaped shawl adapted from the vintage doily pattern Sibylle by Herbert Niebling.
The very large tablecloth was adapted to a wearable size and a new border was added.
For cobweb fans there is a larger version called Billa Cobweb.
Due to the complexity of the design this pattern is for experienced knitters only.
Finished size with suggested yarn and needles and moderate blocking is 176cm/69inches along
neckline 70cm/27.5inches deep. The size is not adaptable.
As charted the pattern uses 1200 beads in size 8/0.
This pattern would not have been possible without my wonderful testers. Thank you!
