Billie Fingerless Mitts
There is no longer possibility to purchase this pattern.
Billie Fingerless Mitts are seamless mitts knit from the cuff up, with cables.
Pattern is prepared for one size, to fit most woman’s hands with 16,5-19 cm / 6.5-7.5 inches wrist-hand circumference.
Pattern is written for circular needles and using Magic Loop for cuff, body and thumb shaping.
You can find chart for body of the mitts on the last pages, other instructions are only written.
Size (wrist-hand circumference):
M/L (16,5-19cm / 6.5-7.5 inches)
Gauge:
23stitches x 30 rows = 10cm/4inches in cable pattern
20 stitches x 30 rows = 10cm/4inches in Stockinette Stitches
Yarn (in one color):
Sample: Garnstudio Drops Lima (65% Wool, 35% Alpaca, 90m/98yds in 50g/1,76oz),
use: 55g (100m/110y) for short cuff
160g for long cuff
Other materials:
- Circular needles in two sizes – first use size needed to obtain gauge, second in one size down. (For the sample I was
using 4mm and 3,5mm / US6 and US4)
