Bird in a Birdhouse Sleeping Bag
This pattern is 10 pages long and contains loads of photos to help you every step of the way. It is written in American crochet terms.
You will need:
Yarn of your choice in two shades for the bird (I used pale yellow and dark yellow). Yarn weight doesn’t really matter - the size of your bird will simply turn out bigger or smaller! I used Patons Smoothie DK Yarn and my finished bird measures 7.5cm tall.
The same weight yarn in your choice of 2 colours for the birdhouse sleeping bag (I used pale pink and beige) and for the flower (I used dark pink).
A suitable size hook for the yarn you have chosen - I used a 4mm hook.
Toy stuffing for the bird.
Finer yarn or embroidery thread in orange, pale pink and green for adding the details.
A pair of safety eyes - I used 6mm black eyes.
Other tools you will need are a tapestry needle, some scissors and a few stitch markers.
You are welcome to sell the items that you make using this pattern, but please do not sell / share the pattern itself. Thank you.
