Bird Island Baby Hat
The 200 year old Light House on Bird Island lights the entrance to Sippican Harbor in Marion. The seabound island is a sanctuary for the endangered Roseate Tern. Water, land and light are in close proximity to each other. This is represented with the two colors and stripe pattern in the Bird Island Hat. A rolled edge at the base, fun stripes and simple decreases at the crown make this a great hat for a small loved one in your life.
Nov 2022 This pattern has been changed and updated to use the same yarn as the coordinating Bird Island Baby Sweater.
