This is an advanced level pattern for the adventurous of spirit! (But it’s also fun to experiment with.)
The way these special stitches are used creates mats of double thickness. The instructions are written so that you can make a mat of any size.

Gauge: 6.6cm / 2.6” diameter after Round4 of pattern.
Coaster size as written: 11cm diameter using 24m of yarn.
Table Mat size as written: 25.5cm diameter using 121m of yarn.
