This quilt is made with fabric, t-shirt photos, knitting and crocheting. It is my adaptation of a typical sewn birth announcement quilt. I use Vista Print online to put the photos on t-shirts. I cut the photos and top stitch them onto a soft fabric that matches the yarn. I sew with needle and thread with a loop stitch around each photo square. I knit mitered squares and work the photo squares in by single crocheting the edge stitching around the fabric. The birth announcement square is also put on a t-shirt. The quilt has a birth announcement and photos on both sides.
