The Birthday Party Hat pattern is suitable for a confident beginner and makes a cute hat to go with your party outfit!

In this pattern:
-I used a 7mm hook and bulky 5 weight yarn (Most of my testers used either a 6.5 mm or a 6 mm hook, so the hook size depends on your gauge square!)
-The terms used: Mc- Magic Circle, Sc- single crochet, Inc- Increase, Sl st- slip stitch
