BiRTHDAY
This sweater was a birthday present I had to make myself this year, when I saw a beautiful sweater worn by Christy Turlington :) (third pic)
20% from the income of the first day will be donated to “Every mother counts”, a non-profit organization dedicated to making pregnancy & childbirth safe for every woman, founded by Christy Turlington in 2010.

The BiRTHDAY sweater is worked seamlessly in rounds, in one piece from the top-down in half brioche stitch pattern. After the collar is worked, the yoke is shaped by raglan increases down to the sleeve separation. The sleeve stitches are then placed on hold, underarm stitches are cast on, and you continue to work the body to the bottom ribbing. After the body is completed, sleeve stitches are placed back on the needles to work in half brioche pattern in the round.
It can be worn from both sides.
