BISQUE
Bisque is a beautiful scarf or shawl, perfect for wearing to work or as an elegant accessory under your jacket. The pattern is a hommage to the beautiful and classic Berså, one of Sweden’s most famous designs of all time. Bisque is one of the steps in the making of pottery or ceramics, a way to harden the clay.

SIZE
Approximately 18 cm wide x 95 cm long in sample.

GAUGE
Ca 29 sts x 64 rows = 10 x 10 cm in ­garter stitch on 2.5 mm needles. Gauge is not ­crucial in this project but might affect yarn amounts.

YARN
Lisa Linkvarn merino silk (fingering, 400 m/100g), 75% merino, 25% silk (approximate meterage):
Color A: 70g/280m white
Color B: 35g/140m green
Color C: 10g/40m black.

Make sure to have enough contrast between the three colors. To check contrast, place the three skeins next to each other, take a photo with your phone and convert to black and white. The three colors should be easy to separate, otherwise they will blend and not show properly.
