Bitty belly turtle
Basic knowledge is needed: sc, inc, dec, working in the round, magic circle and sewing
SUPPLIES:
•premier yarns parfait chunky; pink, light pink and mint (you can use ANY 5 or 6 weight yarn though- even above 6 weight)
•black yarn (in a lighter weight than what you used for the pattern) for embroidering the watermelon seeds and eyebrow details
•3.5mm/4mm crochet hook (varies depending on yarn & tension)
•darning needle
•16mm safety eyes/felt eyes (I use this size for parfait chunky yarn)
•scissors
•Polyfil
SIZE: When using premier yarns parfait chunky bitty belly turtle is between 5”-6” but please keep in mine that this can and will vary depending on your hook size as well as you tension. When using sweet snuggles lite he’s between 7”-8” tall.
Bitty belly turtle is considered a beginner friendly pattern. The body is completely no sew. The muzzle, shell, tail and arms are sewn on.
The pages in the file are all numbered in order to keep track of so that they can be printed off and put away in order.
