Bitty Blossoms
These pretty little blossoms work up in a snap. Sit down with some cotton thread and soon these cheery flowers will be popping up everywhere.
Materials Needed:
Cotton thread, size 10. Aunt Lydia’s Crochet Cotton was used in the samples.
Size D crochet hook (or size needed to obtain the desired effect).
Notions:
Scissors; needle with an eye large enough for the cotton thread to fit through.
Optional items:
Metallic Filament thread (adds sparkle to the flower). This can be found at most craft stores, or purchased online.
Any desired embellishments for the center of the flower.
Magnets, hair clips, etc. to glue on to the back of the flower; plus the glue to adhere items to the flower. A glue gun was used on the samples.
Gauge: not essential for this project.
Finished Size: will vary depending on gauge, thread used, and hook size. Samples are approximately 2” in diameter.
