Im a bit hazy about size, as I just tend to put the number of loops required to start a garment on my needles of choice and go ( it was the way I was taught) Having to think about whats needed to go into a written pattern isnt coming easy, but Im getting there.

I find that most people know the tension ( or gauge) that they knit to, and hope that I will be forgiven for not listing any tension notes.

These mittens are the third “installment” of what happend to be an “off the cuff” remark , by my friend and knitting partner in crime, to my comment that I had some black and gold yarn, just crying out to make a pair of stripey socks - Oh you so know thatyou have to make them ( or words to that effect)

So the socks were born, then along came the hat and now the mittens.

My Angel Policy - make as many as you wish for charity or personal profit ( we have to pay for our yarns somehow) but PLEASE dont list or claim this as your own pattern . Feedback again isnt mandatory, but it would be nice to see what has been made, or even to read one or two nice comments ( or not as the case may be)
