Björk– as far as it will go!
Björk is a semicircular shawl worked from the center and out. It has an easily memorized repeated pattern including rows of eyelets. Along the outer edge there is a wavy scallop finish, also perforated with eyelets. The pattern includes an instruction for you to be able to use up as much of your yarn as possible without risking to run out in the last rows. This is perfect for those of you who spin your yarn yourself and are not sure how much you will end up with, or if you want to make a shawl as large as possible with the yarn you have. Just let the yarn take you as far as it will go! Happy knitting!
The projects by the test knitters have ranged in size 90-130 cm or 36-52 inches when using one skein of approximately 100g of yarn.
