Make a bunny or make a bear? They are a wonderful cuddly size and will make a perfect gift for any child or grown-up “kid at heart.” They are approximately 9 1/2 inches tall when knitted with worsted weight yarn. Knit in the round, and entirely seamless. If you aren’t crazy about seaming and have wanted to try a seamless pattern this is a great beginner project.

Materials needed:
Worsted weight yarn, approx. 2 oz. main color for body. Approx. 1/
oz. second Color for feet and muzzle. A small amount of dark color to embroider facial features. Approx. ½ oz. for sweater.
Set of 5 US 5 - 3.75 mm dp needles/ 16” US 5 3.75 mm
Size E crochet hook
Tapestry needle
Stitch marker
Polyester fiber filling
Scissors
15mm safety eyes=bunny
10mm safety eyes=bear

Gauge: For this project, the gauge is not crucial, although it is important to create a very firm fabric so that your stuffing will not show through. If your stuffing is showing through, you need to change to a smaller needle.
