This little top seems perfect for a summer day. Open and fresh! And it just looks so darling on little girls!

It is worked as one piece, no seams. Then you add the ruffles and any other accessories you like.

The pattern calls for a F hook, but may also be worked with a G hook in a size down (to match gauge).
