The Blå Eskimå was originally designed by Bohus Stickning / Anna-Lisa Mannheimer-Lunn in the mid 1940s and was recreated by Pernille Silfverberg in 2021. It is also known as Nya Blå Randen (blue) & Nya Röda Randen (red).

All pullover/cardigan kits for Blue Eskimo contain sufficient yarn to knit the largest size XL. To knit the XXL size (instructions included in the men’s pattern) you will need extra yarn in the main color.

The Blå Eskimå pullover/cardigan with patterned front and with a straight yoke are knitted from the bottom up.
The Blå Eskimå with a round yoke is knitted from the top down. There are also red versions of all variants.
