RAFFIA SLIPPER-ESPADRILLES

Raffia is a cool and light natural material, perfect for the summer season, and great for accessories like slippers and shoes.
Raffia can be replaced with regular yarn for this design.
One piece, toe/up.

As I always do with all my slippers, handmade insoles are inserted, and out-soles are attached to the bottom as a final finish.
Ready for street-wear!

MATERIALS:

Yarn:
Worsted/4//10 ply/group C. 100 % cotton, or any suitable yarn for this project, obtaining the gauge-info in pattern.
Recommended: Double-stranded crochet-thread # 3.

My yarn: Raffia (Adriafil/Italy).
Bundle 25 g (0.9 oz) 50 m (55 Yd).
Color Black and Natural.

Total amount, any material:
About 50-100 g (1.8-3.6 oz), depending on size.

Crochet hook for raffia as well as yarn:
European metric 3,5 mm (E/4), or any hook size to obtain the gauge info in pattern.

Sizes:

Small = US 2 - 4 / EU 34-36
Medium = US 5 - 6 / EU 37-38
Large= US 7 - 8/ EU 39-40
Extra Large = 9-10 / EU 41-42

The S-Size can be worn by children:
Shoe size about US 1-4 - EU 32-36.
