Black Bat is a feminine blouse/dress crafted from the top down. It has airy poet sleeves, a solid body, a feminine front-cut-out panel, and picot edges.

The blouse/dress is constructed from the top down, starting with a picot cast on. The yoke features a hole cutout. There are directions for two necks (crew/turtleneck), two sleeves (short/long), and five lengths (blouse/mini, knee, midi, maxi dress). Short rows are worked back and forth to raise the back neckline for a better fit.

The samples were made using The Frosted Stitch - Deep Freeze DK – 100 gr/245 yards (75% SW Merino - 25% Nylon) - in Black Bat.
