The Black Canyon Scarf is a reversible lacy scarf that features a pull-though section to keep the scarf in place on those windy days.

This scarf is knit completely as one piece and does not require any seaming or sewing. The pattern completely explains with pictures and words how to double knit the main body of the scarf and how to single knit (flat panel knitting) the pull-through section.

The scarf is knit on the 40-peg yellow Knifty Knitter long loom (rake) and uses approximately 225 yards of a soft worsted weight yarn. Lion Brand’s Heartland yarn in the Sequoia colorway was used in the sample.

This pattern is suitable for an advanced beginner who is confident double-knitting.
