My husband wanted a warm hat for walking our black dogs so I designed this for him. One skein of Briggs & Little oatmeal and one of black will make you a beautiful warm hat. Picture shown is of a “toque” version with a 1” rib .. a 3” ribbed brim will give you enough to roll it up and cover your ears. If you want a smaller size go down in needle size to US 7.
