Finished knitted fabric is very stretchy, and this cowl can also be used as a narrow infinity scarf wrapped several times around neck.
It can also be worn as a much wider poncho/capelet.

Skills needed to complete this wrap:
Knit, purl, yarn over, knitting multiple stitches together,
backward loop cast-on, knitting in the round
on circular needles.
