This shawl pattern is inspired by my family’s heritage in the Black Patch region of Kentucky. The seed and sprout pattern is reminiscent of a garden. This pattern is suitable for an advanced beginner and is a great introduction to lace motifs. Knit with 200 grams of worsted weight yarn for a medium-sized shawl or 300 grams for a larger shawl!
