Black Purls
A simple 3-stitch garter rib creates a very stretchy and well-fitted sock. This pattern incorporates the Fish Lips Kiss Heel developed by Sox Therapist for a more pronounced custom fit. I’ve included instructions for both a top-down and a toe-up version of this sock. The tone-on-black of the yarn I chose seemed to really fit this pattern well. The pattern is written for a medium women’s shoe. It can be adjusted for different sizes by increasing or decreasing 6 stitches at a time, or by adjusting the needles size to suit. The leg length is 7-8”, which can also be adjusted to suit individual preference by adjusting the number of pattern repeats.
