Black Tea is a soft, slouchy hat featuring a lovely round cable repeat. It’s accented by one fishtail cable. The pattern is simple, but the cables are strong and unusual enough that they make an impact. I like the effect when the fishtail is worn a bit off to the side in front.

The sample is knit in Plucky’s Bello Fingering, which is worked doubled. The high cashmere content in this yarn creates a soft and round fabric that’s truly luxurious both on the needles and on the head, especially when doubled.

You could also knit this in Primo Worsted and you’d get the same level of detail and another gorgeous yarn, with a bit less cashmere :)
