Blackberry Butterfly is a slouchy hat with a unique and subtle lacework dragonfly. The lacework is challenging but the result is beautiful. The hat knits up quickly and is cozy but not too heavy.

The hat fits an average adult woman.

I recommend using 1 Skein of SweetGeorgia Superwash Worsted for this hat. I chose the colour “blackberry” for this project but this yarn comes in many beautiful colours so you can really choose any colour you like.

You can feel good about purchasing this pattern knowing that the money is donated to Sali’s Farm (www.sali.ca). An organization and farm sanctuary that helps at-risk youth, vulnerable members of the community and, of course, animals.

Happy Knitting!
