Broderie Anglaise (French: English Embroidery) is an eyelet stitch pattern most commonly used for white yarn. This pattern was written to do the absolute opposite. Using Dragonfly Fiber’s Pixie base in the bold and bright colorway named Julia’s Tresses, the Blacklight Broderie Cowl takes an otherwise subtle eyelet stitch and makes it pop like a brand new design. Can be made with any fingering weight yarn; Superwash Merino preferred fiber.
