The Blanche socks are a tribuite to Blanche Devereaux, the southern vixen of the golden Girls, The ruffle at the cuff represents her sweet southern roots. while hidden underneath is some beautiful lace, that reminds me of lace stockings to show her sexy side,

The lace is an elegant pattern that is simple to memorize. I have included pictures on how to create the ruffle cuff to make it easier for you. I have included instructions to make the sock with or without the ruffle.

The socks are knit cuff down. The front of the sock is lace, while the back is stockinette. the pattern comes with directions for a Slip Stitch Heel but it is easily enough to replace with your preferred heel. The instructions are written for Magic Loop, but I also give help on how to use DPN’s or 9” circulars
