The blanket is made using Baby Aran weight yarn and a 7.00mm Tunisian crochet hook. (I used a hook with an extension cable, but it is possible, with a bit of a squeeze, to fit all the stitches onto a regular Tunisian crochet hook). The pattern is basket weave stitch, made by using blocks of Tunisian knit stitch and purled stitches.
