The BLANKET STITCH SWEATER is a simple boxy fit crew-neck jumper finished with the cutest blanket stitch edging.

The pattern is written in English, in sizes XS-2XL. The pattern indicates the sizes as such: (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL. The sample shown in photos is a S, worn by a UK8: bust 33cm, height 169cm.

Skill Level: Beginner (if this is your first knitting project you may find it a steep learning curve getting started but I’ve included lots of helpful links to walk you through anything you may be unfamiliar with)

Time: This absolutely flies off the needles! You will be able to complete this in about 12-20 hours.

Construction: The jumper is knit seamlessly from the bottom-up on circular needles, the sleeves and the collar are picked up and knit in the round. Then the blanket stitch is added at the end.

Techniques used: Basic knit and purl, 1x1 rib, 3 needle bind-off, picking up stitches, magic loop, blanket stitch.

Suggested Materials:
(5)5(6)6(7)7 balls of Chubbs super chunky merino in main colour (Peppermint)
