BLESSINGS BOWL
ABOUT:
Originally designed for a local crochet workshop, the Blessings Bowl turns the mandala into a decorative feature perfect for gifting or keeping in your own home.
SKILL LEVEL:
I try to write my patterns so that every skill level can understand and follow them. Practice the stitches used and see how you go. Try stepping out of your comfort zone, you will reap the rewards.
MATERIALS:
Yarn: Scheepjes Catona Fingering (100% Mercerised cotton, 50g/1.76oz, 125m/136yds)
Colours used in my photos: One each of the following: Soft Beige 406; Emerald 515
You will have plenty of leftover yarn for your stash
Crochet Hook: 3.5mm / US E / UK 9
Bowl and spoon to mix glue solution and bowl for shaping
PVA Glue/Clear Glue/Stiffy Glue - you’re choice
Water
NOTIONS:
Scissors and yarn needle
