This pattern is for the koala amigurumi toy pictured above. Finished koala is approximately 10 inches tall. Size will vary depending on tightness of stitch and amount of stuffing used.

Size J hook

Bulky weight yarn in the color of your choice 

Fur yarn (optional) for the ears

Alternate bulky color for the nose

Two safety eyes, poly fill, tapestry needle, stitch marker

Pattern Notes: Pieces are worked in a round and you will not slip stitch and connect the row but use a stitch marker to keep track of your starting point.

Special Techniques: You will need to know how to sew pieces together as well as how to make a magic circle/ring. If you choose to use the fur yarn, you will crochet two strands together for the ears.
