You can add colors easily to make it your own special style.

I used 4 seasons pure wool DK 8ply for this project.
Mint 1520mt and Cream 1360mt - these are approx.

The border will take extra of course, depending on which border and patterns you choose.

It is a very warm and cosy single blanket sized throw.

You can use any weight of yarn (with corresponding hook size) for this project; however keep in mind the size will vary accordingly.

You can make the throw larger (double, queen or king size) by adding repeated patterns along the row to increase the width, as well as repeating chosen patterns to increase the length. Keeping in mind the yarn adjustments.

The throw can also be made smaller if need be.
