Blizzard Beanie
This pattern is based on the Edelweiss Stitch, a simple stitch paired with layers of knit stitch rows which creates a fun, textured look. Finished project is a a cozy, unique beanie which is quick to knit in under and hour thanks to its simple repeats.
Required Tools (depending on yarn weight chosen)
US size 9/5.5mm, 16” circular needles
US size 10/6mm, 16” circular needles
US size 11/8mm, 16” circular needles
US size 13/9mm, 16” circular needles
Skill Level is Beginner/Advanced Beginner
Pattern is knit in the round.
Pattern is written in one standard Youth/Adult size.
Pattern includes instructions for two different yarn weights; Super Bulky and Bulky
Knitters should have knowledge and understanding of the following sts and techniques:
Knit (K), Purl (P), Slip Stitch (SL ST), Knit 2 Together (K2TOG), Purl 2 Together (P2TOG).
