Welcome to the first annual Vintage Vixen Crochet-a-long! This year, Vintage Vixen will publsih 12 patterns for afghan blocks, one for every month! Each month, make 2 squares. At the end of the year, the 24 squares will be blocked and joined into an afghan!

Blocks will be published individually throughout the year and available together as an ebook. The ebook will include instructions for blocking, joining, and borders.

Block 1 “Crash Course” is a beginner block that builds (or reviews) skills needed for the other blocks.

Chain (CH), Slip Stitch (SL ST), Single Crochet (SC), Half Double Crochet (HDC), & Double Crochet (DC)

-Crochet Hook H-8/5.0mm
-Basic Yarn Sewing Kit: small scissors, soft measuring tape, yarn needle, removable stitch markers.
-140yds/100g Worsted Weight (4) Yarn Makes 2 blocks.
