I made this pattern up myself after not being able to find a baby blanket pattern that I liked and was also able to do quickly. This pattern is great for beginners and allows for plenty of modification for advanced knitters.

I added a simple crochet border which I describe in the pattern.

As you can see I’m still not much more than a beginner knitter at this point. However, I was very happy with the way this blanket came out, and my grandmother approved so, I thought I’d share this. :)
