Block Island Sweater
Allyson’s love of mixing prints came together in a pattern of stripes and polka dots for this pullover. Knit this easy colorwork sweater in the round from the bottom up.
Sizes 31½ (35¾, 38, 40, 44¼, 46¼)“ bust circumference; shown in size 35¾”
Yarn Dirty Water DyeWorks Clara (100% Bluefaced Leicester; 550 yds 503 m/250 g):
• #127 Earl Grey (MC), 1 (1, 1, 2, 2, 2) skein(s)
• #123 chartreuse (CC), 1 (1, 1, 1, 2, 2) skein(s)
Please note - if you’ve got 220 yard worsted weight skeins instead of 550 yard skeins, I’ve adjusted the yarn amounts needed here:
MC: 2 (2, 3, 3, 4, 4) skeins
CC: 2 (2, 2, 3, 3, 4) skeins
Gauge 19 sts and 24 rows = 4” in charted patt on larger needle; 19 sts and 26 rows = 4” in St st on larger needle
