This pattern is adapted from one of my favorite machine knit socks from the DEGEN FW16 collection to be suitable for handknitters.

FIT:

Its sock pattern! It fits your feet. This pattern is written for one size sock but could be easily adapted by adding a multiple of 5 stitches. The sample fits a W6-M10 shoe sized foot. I recommend adding stitches if your foot is wide

CONSTRUCTION:

Blocky Sockies are a “crew length” sock knit from the top down. They are a classic shape featuring a heel flap, short row heel turn, and gusset.

MATERIALS:

•8 yarns from stash in sock / fingering weight.

•A set of US 2 double pointed needles

•Darning needle

SKILL LEVEL: Beginner-Intermediate
