Blodwyn the Sheep (Welsh for white flower)
Easy to follow instructions for knitting and felting your own sensational Sheep
Blodwyn is knitted and the pieces felted (fulled) before assembly. Once assembled you have the perfect form for adding needle felted detail to bring your sheep to life and for a totally unique realistic appearance.
You will also need:
40g grey 100% wool yarn natural and 25g charcoal (Not Super-wash Aran weight, I used Drops Alaska)
natural wool fleece felting wool top
green yellow brown and white needle felting wool
1 x pair 5mm Knitting needles
knitters needle for sewing up
Toy filling
Needle felting needle.
Tension 17 sts and 22 rows to 10 cm square, measured over st st using 5mm needles.
Not suitable for children.
