The sweater is knit from the top down, with some short row shaping to raise the back of the neck for comfort. The colorwork chart is started after the short rows and continues to the underarm separation.
Once working the body and sleeves the stranded colorwork is finished and you are working with your main color only! Finish everything off with a simple rib and you will be ready for breezy walks in any seaside town.
This pattern is medium difficulty because of the yoke chart. The yoke goes by quickly. Use tacking sparingly in the yoke to control floats at your desired rate being sure to AVOID stacking a tack from one round to the next in the same column of stitches.
