The Bloom Where You’re Planted Sweater is a sweater that I made when I had little confidence in who I was and what I was doing as an immigrant in a different country from my own. I made it in a moment where I needed the hug that a sweater provides, but also it serves for me as a reminder that I can do anything I put my mind to and I can also “bloom” in a different country.

This sweater is worked top down in a raglan style, with little to no ease. The pattern is in both English and Italian with charts and written description.
