Bloomin' Lovely Fingerless Mittens
As the weather turns cooler, fingerless mitts are the perfect accessory to keep your hands warm but still have your fingers free.
This pair is knit in the round using DK yarn, I have used “Superbloom” by The Woolchemist, a beautifully soft and luxurious yarn from a lovely Indie Dyer - if Roni doesn’t have any Superbloom available, she has plenty of other gorgeous colourways. Alternatively, any DK yarn will do, you’ll need around 80g.
I knit mine using DPNs, size 3.25mm, but you can also use the Magic Loop method if you prefer.
The cable pattern on the back of the mittens is easy to remember and gives a lovely texture to your mitts, it also gives added stretch, so these are written for one size only.
As always, if you have any questions, send me a message,
Happy Knitting! x
