I used one color of yarn for an easy and relaxing pattern where I did not have to weave in lots of yarn ends.

The crochet border is made up of single crochet stitches and I feel that the simplicity of the border highlights the beautiful star stitch in the blanket nicely.

Soft Sage Caron One Pound (3 Jumbo Skeins of Yarn) 812 yards each for a total of 2,300 yards. There was about 1/3 of the last skein left.
