This pattern has two hat instructions. One is a beanie, and the other is a brimmed version.

You will use the flower chart for both. As well as the close chart for the top of the hat.

There are a few yarn choices you can use to get the “fake fair isle look”.
Universal poems work, as well as Plymouth select’s Gina. Noro works too. I am sure there are more out there. You will use most of the skein of multi color and about 100 yds of a worsted wt solid color.

I like to embellish my hats, with French knots. I raid my stash for the small amount of yarn to embellish. These embellishment are optional!
