Blop and Kippi’s height are depend on the yarns that you use.
I used cotton yarn and polyester yarn. Tulip hook no.3/0 (2.2 mm).
Blop is about 14 cm tall, and Kippi is about 12,5 cm tall.

Stitches:
ch = chain
sc = single crochet
inc = increase (2 sc per stitch)
dec = decrease (sc across two stitches)
sl st = slip stitch
