Blossom Knit Scarf Pattern
This pattern is fun and has a unique stitch that creates an interesting scarf. I would classify it as an intermediate pattern. The pattern is a 6 row repeat and you will need to have basic knowledge of knitting terms. The scarf is knit on size US 10 knitting needles. The skills needed are knit, slip stitch, making stitches to increase and passing slip stitches. This scarf is a great way to learn some new techniques for creating texture.
The finished scarf is approx. 58 in. long by 6.5 in. wide and uses only 1 skein of yarn. I love Noro yarn and Taiyo is one of my favorites. I have also made it from a worsted acrylic yarn from Hobby Lobby and it looks great in that yarn as well. The cream and gold scarf photos are of the I Love This Yarn version from Hobby Lobby. I like to use different yarns with my patterns to achieve different looks with the same pattern.
